Good to Know

Gratuity: A gratuity of 15% is suggested based on the regular retail value of the service. However, guests may determine the final gratuity amount based on their experience.

Holiday & Premium Dates: Promotional vouchers may not be valid on select holidays or other designated premium dates. If a surcharge applies for an eligible appointment date, the amount will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.

Weekend Appointments: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments are subject to availability. Any applicable weekend surcharge will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

Parking: Optional valet parking is available through the Nu River Landing condominium building for an additional fee. Self-parking and metered parking may also be available nearby. Parking fees are collected by the parking operator and are not included with the Groupon voucher.

Credit Card Payments: A processing fee may apply only if a guest chooses to pay an additional balance (such as upgrades or other optional purchases) by credit card. No processing fee applies to the Groupon voucher purchase.
