The instructor was very nice and very informative. The class was definitely a beginners class and we were free to make whatever we wanted. The pickup was smooth and I was able to get my items about a couple of weeks later.

Class itself is good, and instructor is knowledgeable and welcoming. However the pick up experience is one of the most terrible experience. They mess up the date, and delayed the schedule. Instead of apologize, they yell at the customer who come after pick up date written on the note. I believe one gentleman who work there and giving class has emotional control problem and not very clear mind.

Price: $34 (Students can get it for $25.50 OR you can wait when @Groupon has one of those deals with extra % off) P.S It’s $15 to keep the clay artwork that you’ve created & you can pick it up after a week or so. Thoughts: My little sister and I came in 35 minutes late but the teacher allowed us to stay and caught us up with the class really quick. She was very nice and attentive! This activity was fun and therapeutic, we had an awesome time. P.S Their policy is that if you’re 30+ minute late, you need to reschedule.
