Great experience I totally forgot who gave me my facial but she was awesome and gave me some tips on different things I can use for my skin. However the people at the front were a little pushy regarding a membership and they kept asking after I had already declined it three times. Most people can only afford a facial every now and then which is why we're buying it on Groupon I cannot afford a $90 membership per month that's ridiculous

The front desk staff were friendly, professional and prompt. Janet did my facial and she was great. She provided recommendations but wasn't at all pushy when it comes to products, which I appreciate.

Bought the 1hr custom facial with the microdermabrasion and everything was great and I felt pretty relaxed. Studio was very clean and quiet. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because my esthetician didn’t do the extractions and face mask that was supposed to come with the facial even after I told her what I wanted to focus on. The microdermabrasion was also very minimal.
