Take too long for a oil change. Great customer service. Feel little pressured into getting stuff needed to be done on the car. Took 1.5 hours for a oil change . Most places would be done in 15 minutes.

Just needed a simple oil change. Took almost 2 hours and shop ran out of semi-synthetic oil so I was forced to get full synthetic which I don’t want in my engine. Didn’t charge me extra. Just don’t understand how a national brand can run out of motor oil, poor management I guess. I won’t be back.

The Meineke located on W Serene is a good location for us in the Silverado neighborhood. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our experience was great. Waiting time was minimal.
