Mike was an excellent person to work with, I loved his work ethic. He is very responsive from the moment you contact him. I reached out to him via text for his availability and he returned my call within 15-30 mins. I was so happy to see that as a lot of other big companies don't even seem to be that responsive and even if they do they always have this attitude that they're too busy to make time for your business. I had my doubts initially just due to this being a small business but after Mike's job I am going to say there's no difference between hiring him or the big company that charges you as much as 5 times for the same job and I know that because not only did I get those quotes but also had my neighbor whose whose house was serviced by one of those big companies and honestly I can't notice the difference. In fact I feel good about supporting Mike's business instead of those big corporate rip offs. His work ethic is great as he is very punctual about the timings, very communicative about the appointment, the appointment confirmation as well as making sure that the schedule aligns with you. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend his business to anyone around that I know of. Needles to say I am very happy customer of Mike's exterior pressure washing and I'd say this is how businesses should be, honest and reasonable without taking advantage of the homeowners. Mike was such a nice guy! Very respectful and worked me into his busy schedule. His work was exceptional as well. Will definitely use his service again next spring!
