Enjoy a month of fitness! We have updates facilities and equipment all safety spaced apart for your safety. Try our group classes like: Cycle, Yoga, or Zumba. Workout outdoors in our Yard with nearly 25 yards of turf, TRX station, and lots of equipment. All our Trainers are NASM Certified with years of experience.
8 - Small Group Training workouts in Fitness or Pilates
Body Kinetics has specialized in Personal and Small Group Exercise for over 30 years. Try a HIIT workout or Total Body Transformation. The workouts are challenging, fun and fast paced.
The Pilates workouts are on the Reformer, Mat and Chair. Strength and lengthen while working on breath and balance.
