The only problem I had was reach them on the phone. Overall a great spa with reasonable prices.

Would not go again. Haircut rushed. Wash, color, blow-dry done in less than 30 minutes. Cut way more off than I asked for and when questioned about it, stated that it had to go b/c it was damaged.
