We have a wide range of instructors from all around the world, award winning highly trained and certified. Pole fitness is a life changing hobby checking off all boxes. It is a beautiful sport showcasing strength and grace. You will receive a full body workout targeting not only muscles but cardio as well. I, the owner, have personally lost 145 pounds through pole fitness, met some of my best friends through pole, and overall has given me an incredible amount of confidence. Women typically are never given a space to explore their femininity, strength, and sensuality. But at mood that’s exactly what we provide. A space safe to be yourself and explore your mind and body.
