Anthony is a great trainer, located at a great locally-owned gym. We really enjoyed the pace and care in the fitness boxing classes. I would definitely recommend.

Coach Anthony is amazing. He pushes you, motivates you, and the end result is one of the most intense, sweat filled workouts imaginable. I particularly like his kickboxing cardio classes, in which I not only learn new martial arts techniques but burn off all that dessert I probably shouldn't eat every day. The best workout class I have done in a long time. Highly recommend!
