Good To Know
MusiGym is a multi-purpose music studio with a specialized facility that bridges the gap between professional audio production and comprehensive music education. The space is divided into distinct, acoustically treated zones designed for specific functions:
1. Recording & Production Zones
The Control Room: The "brain" of the studio where music production and engineering take place. It features high-quality monitor speakers, a large mixing console or a computer running Logic Pro or Pro Tools, and racks of outboard gear like preamps and compressors.
The Live Room: A spacious, soundproofed room used for capturing instrumental and vocal performances. It is large enough to hold multiple musicians and features acoustic treatments like bass traps, diffusers, and ceiling clouds to ensure pristine sound quality.
Isolation (ISO) Booths: Smaller, "drier" rooms specifically designed for recording vocals or loud instruments (like drums) to prevent sound leakage into other microphones.
2. Specialized Lesson Spaces
Piano Studio: A dedicated room housing a grand or upright piano. While acoustics here are slightly more relaxed than in a recording booth, the environment is designed to be calm and uplifting to minimize distractions for students.
Vocal Suite: Often doubling as an ISO booth, this space includes full-length mirrors for posture coaching, music stands, and high-end microphones (like Neumann or AKG) for capturing the nuances of voice lessons.
Production Lab: For students learning music production, these labs often feature multiple workstations equipped with MIDI keyboards, studio headphones, and industry-standard software like Ableton Live or FL Studio.
3. Atmosphere and Amenities
Creative Environment: Professional studios use ambient LED lighting, comfortable seating, and sometimes even indoor plants to create a "vibe" that inspires creativity.
Lounge & Kitchen: A dedicated area for artists and students to relax, collaborate, or take breaks between intensive recording sessions or lessons.
Teen and Core Membership: 4 hours of recording time
Pro Membership: 10 hours of recording time. Can host two events in private lounge area based on availability.
Elite Membership: Unlimited recording time. Unlimited event hosting in private lounge area based on availability.
