What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My San Diego Courier recognized the need for a same day parcel delivery service that was competitive with USPS, UPS & FedEx. Rather that charge by weight and dimension, My San Diego Courier was able to create 6 delivery zones that offer a flat rate and allow for a max parcel weight of 100 lbs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to drive the open road while providing a valuable service at the same time. Being the owner of My San Diego Courier, I have a vested interest in providing the best service to our customers.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We were honored to pick up a 3 liter Stone Brewing Co. 5th Anniversary growler from a customer's house when he was away on a trip to New York. Stone was offering fills on that beer (for the first time since 2001), and he would've missed out since he was away. Needless to say, he was very happy.
