This service is designed to identify hypertonic (tense) or inhibited (weakened or not firing) muscles. Similar to "Sports Massage", but far more targeted. This can be identified with a known injury or unidentified, unexplained pain.

They help identify trigger points and address pain areas using their unique massage modality, Myo Precision Therapy. Muscle testing is often done to ensure that the needed area can be safely worked on. Each client receives personalized treatment tailored to their specific needs, in addition to suggested stretches and/or exercises to do at home to ensure optimal results. A limit of 1–2 areas per 50-minute session is suggested, as it will offer the most effective results. Clients are advised to wear tighter-fitting athletic clothing that can be worked through (no denim or sweats). Removing clothing is not typically necessary for this service.
