How We Pick Every Deal
-
Validated by customers
Every deal comes from a merchant rated above 4.0 stars by Groupon customers.
-
Your $20 covers the whole deal
You get the full voucher, not $20 off, with nothing more to pay. Every deal sells on Groupon for $20 or more, and Premium and Jackpot for at least twice that.
-
Spa means a real treat
Massages, head spas, bath houses, day spas and yoga. Never facials, hair removal or weight-loss treatments.
-
On sale right now
Every deal is live on Groupon today, from a San Diego-area merchant.
Let the Box Pick
The group chat has been saying "we should do something" since Tuesday. Nobody's picking. So let the box pick. Twenty bucks, one draw, and about 5 minutes later you're holding a real San Diego plan: something to do, a massage or spa treatment, or a meal out. Most boxes are a solid Saturday. 1 in 100 is the Jackpot you won't shut up about. Every deal in the box sells on Groupon for at least $20, so the worst case is ending up somewhere you'd never have picked yourself. Which is kind of the point.
How It Works
-
Buy the box, we draw
$20 per Mystery Box. Within about 5 minutes, we draw one deal for you: a thing to do, a spa treatment or a restaurant.
-
The reveal
We email you what you got. It also shows up as a regular Groupon voucher in My Groupons, on the web or in the app.
-
Go
Redeem it like any other Groupon voucher, following that deal's own fine print and expiry.
Going With Friends?
Each box is one draw and one voucher, for one person. Buying a box each? Every box is its own draw, so you'll most likely each get something different: split up, then compare reveals in the group chat.
Want to go together? Once your box is revealed, buy another voucher for that same deal on Groupon for whoever's coming with you.
