Mystic Lobster Roll Company’s story kicks off nearly 30 years ago when a young baseball player swapped his bat for a spatula! After hanging up his cleats, he dove headfirst into the restaurant world. The summer of '93 saw him exploring the Northeast, sampling some seriously epic lobster rolls. Fast forward through stints at top-notch restaurants and a few of his own, and Mystic Lobster Roll Company was born in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, in February 2020. It didn’t take long for the buzz to spread, and now there are four delicious locations ready to serve up those famous rolls!
