Frequently Asked Questions

What type of ink do the stamps use?

All self‑inking stamps come pre‑filled with high‑quality, quick‑drying ink for clean and consistent impressions. Replacement ink pads are available for extended use.

How long do the stamps last?

Each stamp is built to produce thousands of impressions. Once the ink begins to fade, you can easily replace or refill the ink pad.

Can I choose different designs if I purchase a multi‑stamp bundle?

Yes! Each stamp in a set can feature a different design, giving you full customization flexibility for home, office, or gift use.

How do I personalize my stamp?

Simply choose your design, then enter your personalized text such as your name, address, initials, or custom message on the product page before checkout.

What surfaces can the stamps be used on?

Self‑inking stamps work best on paper, cardstock, envelopes, packaging, and other porous surfaces. They are not recommended for glossy or coated materials.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most custom stamps are made and shipped within 2–7 business days after processing. Shipping times vary based on the method selected during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because each stamp is custom‑made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins. Please review your text carefully before submitting.

What if my stamp arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact the merchant for a replacement. You may be responsible for return or reshipping fees as noted on their policy page.
