Absolutely loving this course. The format is so simple, fun, and easy to follow. I started taking a different class and it was horrible. This feels current and is making me love real estate. I can’t wait to finish, take my test, and become a real estate agent. Thank you AceableAgent!

Purchased this course in May 2020 and worked through it as my full time job allowed. I took the official exams in late August and was fully licensed by early September. I passed the national exam the first time around, but had to take the state portion a second time. For the state exam, I took the Aceable practice exam at the end and got a 95%, so I didn't allocate really any study time towards it...that was a mistake. I also recommend taking notes as you go through it so it's easier to study/review items later! More importantly, those notes are super helpful when you're actually on the job those first couple of months and need filled out example contracts or a refresher on the timing of option periods, for example.
