I absolutely have had a great experience with their customer service. I also have enjoyed the boxes too. Only downfall is the pieces can’t be cleaned well and sometimes just need to be tossed when clogged. I love the excitement of not knowing what’s in the box and opening it to see. I canceled my subscription but because of everything I said above I resubscribed after only 1 month.
