Recipes and meal plans are good. However, watch your expiry date as Meals Maker will renew on your credit card and you will get the SAME WEEKS ALL OVER AGAIN, not new ones. It appears there is only one set for each diet type.

Customer service was great, but we personally didn’t find the menu that we preferred. It could have been due to us doing Keto. The menu concept with B, L, and D and a grocery list are it’s pluses, but there’s no way to make automated changes to the menu if you don’t like a particular meat like fish for example. So whatever is on the menu that’s what’s for dinner.
