At first, I could not get it to process and use my groupon. So, I sent an email and Julia responded very quickly and resolved the problem and I was able to order and use it. She was super helpful.

It says I redeemed it, but have not been able to. I did it wrong. I tried contacting yall but no luck. I had to go to Qualtry's website and pay again full price this time for the same thing I bought the Groupon for.
