Have not recieved my order yet so this rating may change. Gave them 3 stars due to cost of shipping. They also have an automatic extra charge for "package type insurance". They would not allow me to use my Groupon along with other purchases. I tried to do this and it raised the price on everything back to regular prices. Had to place several individual orders. That way they can charge larger shipping cost for each one.

Had lots of trouble applying Groupon when I went to the site. Groupon said it would automatically be applied and it wasn’t. I’ve been emailing Qualtry last night and today to be sure I will be refunded the full amount that I was charged in addition to purchasing the Groupon. Quite frustrating.
