I purchased three pillow cases (dog in a bow tie) and had the dogs names printed on them. They are just darling. The quality was better then I anticipated. Two of the cases were a gift and they were a big hit.

Customer service was very helpful once got a hold of, but the interface between Groupon and Qualtry was not working… the codes did not work… couldn’t even get the voucher code off Groupon… it was a struggle.

I paid $79 for this Groupon to purchase two 11x15 boards. Once I redeemed the voucher I had to pay an additional $139!!!! So I paid $200 for two cutting boards!!! Very disappointed!!!

Their personnel are awesome. They are Eagar to help you and go the extra mile to fix any problems. However, Groupon has really messed up the way that their codes work with Qualtry. Every time, I want to redeem a 6 to get in touch with Qualtry to get them to take care of it.
