I got a very expensive car wash and vacuum cleaning, not a detail. I showed Ishmael dust, dirt, spots, and residual spray from his workers spray bottle that remained inside and outside the car. He said they should have used a power wash and said he would return himself to do it. He never did, I had to contact him, he said decause of rain, it didn't rain. Second time no show again, I got a refund.

A complete waste of money. A $25 car wash would have accomplished the same results. I scheduled my appointment online only to find out day of their system was down and I had no appointment. When the tech did arrive at 5 pm, he rushed through the job and missed half my car. I should add, the car was well taken care of and not a mess prior to the service. I ended up detailing it myself.

I ordered the Deluxe Full Exterior and Interior Detail. After scheduling online, I received a call saying they needed to move the appointment to another date, which we did. However, they didn't show up and after calling, they claimed I had scheduled the appointment for another date (which I know I did not do, since I was available for the date they had recorded). Anyways, rescheduled and they came for the appointment. I will say the interior detail was an awesome job and the inside of my car looks great. However, they didn't bring a water tank and my pipes were frozen so they said they would schedule another visit to come back to do the exterior detail. I never heard from anyone, so reached out weeks later to schedule the exterior detail. No one showed up for this appointment, and when I reached out days later, no one responded. I emailed again asking for someone to come out to finish the detail or for a partial refund, and still no response. Terrible service and I hate to leave a negative review for a small business but I want my money back.
