BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the date. Events are not considered confirmed until this retainer is received.
Appointment/Reservation required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher.
Remaining Balance: The final balance is due 72 hours prior to the event date.
Vouchers & Gift Certificates: Any promotional certificates, gift certificates, or prepaid vouchers must be submitted and verified on the day the event is booked.

Expiration: The promotional value of any voucher expires 180 days after purchase. The amount paid for the voucher never expires.
Purchase Limits: Limit 2 vouchers per person; you may buy 2 additional vouchers as gifts. Deals may be repurchased every 30 days.

FINAL GUEST COUNT
Final guest counts must be provided no later than 72 hours before the event.
Once confirmed, any subsequent reductions in attendance will not result in refunds, credits, or adjustments to the balance.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Non-Refundable: All payments, deposits, and retainers are final and non-refundable due to upfront expenses incurred for staffing, studio time, and custom supplies (including food, beverages, decorations, candles, or paints).
Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled one time within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability.
Forfeiture: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive without notice (No-Shows) will result in the immediate forfeiture of all deposits, vouchers, and payments made. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
SERVICE FLOW
For group events, services may be provided on a rotating basis depending on staffing availability. Guests may receive services one at a time while continuing to enjoy the shared group experience, refreshments, activities, and amenities.
