About This Deal

Nisly Done Massage

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology & More | Portland, OR

Jennifer Nisly is a licensed massage therapist (License #26575) practicing in Portland, OR. A graduate of the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness (2019), Jen specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, and cranial-sacral massage. Every session is customized to your body and goals.

Why Clients Choose Jen

Swedish & Deep Tissue Available

The two most-requested styles — both available in every session. Swedish for full-body relaxation and circulation, deep tissue for targeted pressure on chronic tension and muscle knots.

Reflexology Specialist

Jen's passion for reflexology began with her grandmother's practice and teachings. She honors that tradition in her professional work — a personal connection most therapists simply don't bring to this modality.

7+ Techniques Available

Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, cranial-sacral, and reflexology. Jen blends techniques in a single session based on what your body needs.

Private Suite, Portland NW

Located at 3220 NW 185th Ave, Suite 100 inside Body of Work Wellness. The building is kept locked for client and practitioner safety — a private, calm environment designed for full relaxation.

Select Your Session

1. Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage

Available in 60 or 90 Minutes

A session built around your goals — Swedish for full-body relaxation, deep tissue for targeted muscle relief, or a blend of both. Jen starts with a brief intake then selects from her full range of techniques. Choose 60 minutes for focused work on specific areas, or 90 minutes for full-body coverage with extra time on problem areas and room to incorporate specialty techniques like myofascial release, pin and stretch, or reflexology.

Best for: Stress relief, targeted tension, monthly maintenance, or full-body reset.

2. Three-Pack: Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage

3 Sessions — Available in 60 or 90 Minutes

Three sessions to use at your own pace. Regular massage compounds — muscle memory improves, chronic tension loosens faster, and results last longer between appointments. Choose 60-minute sessions for consistent maintenance, or 90-minute sessions for deeper ongoing therapeutic work. Each visit builds on the last.

Best for: Chronic pain, injury recovery, and anyone committed to consistent care.

What to Expect

Getting there: Nisly Done Massage is located at 3220 NW 185th Ave, Suite 100, inside Body of Work Wellness. Take the second entrance into the complex (near the 7-Eleven) and head to the east side — the office is next to Allstate Insurance. The building is locked, so arrive 5–10 minutes early and Jen will meet you at the door.

First visit: You'll complete a brief intake form covering your health history and goals. Allow a few extra minutes if it's your first appointment. Jen reviews this before beginning so she can tailor the session to you.

During your session: You'll be draped throughout — only the area being actively worked is uncovered. Pressure is adjustable at any time. Jen draws on her full range of techniques based on what she finds as she works.

After your session: Drink water and take it easy for the rest of the day. Some clients feel mild soreness after deep tissue work — normal and typically resolves within 24 hours.

About Jennifer Nisly, LMT

Jen's path to massage therapy started with her grandmother — a reflexologist whose practice and teachings sparked a lifelong passion for healing through touch. Honoring that legacy is something Jen carries into every session.

She trained at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness (2019) and built her practice across a range of settings in Iowa before relocating to Portland, OR in 2021. That variety of experience — relaxation-focused and clinical — gave her a strong intuition for the body that goes beyond technique alone.

Jen continues to pursue new modalities and holds Oregon License #26575. Her goal: every client leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What techniques are available?

Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, cranial-sacral massage, and reflexology. Jen selects and blends techniques based on your intake and what she finds during the session.

Do I need to undress completely?

Undress to your comfort level. You are draped throughout — only the area being actively worked is uncovered. If you need any accommodations to feel comfortable, Jen is happy to assist.

Can I request lighter or deeper pressure?

Pressure is fully adjustable at any point. Jen welcomes feedback throughout and adapts in real time — speak up whenever something feels too much or not enough.

How often should I get a massage?

For general wellness, once or twice a month is a good rhythm. For chronic pain or injury recovery, more frequent sessions early on produce faster results. The three-pack options support consistent care at a better value.

Who should avoid massage or check with a provider first?

Clients with active infections, open wounds, blood clots, or certain medical conditions should consult their physician before booking. Jen reviews your health history at intake — if there's a concern, she'll address it before the session begins.
