I texted my friend to expect an email on their new titles, they enjoyed the gift. As i searched the company in depths, it could have been good deed if they used some of the proceeds to preserve and to restoration the land. Thought i have not received the package in mail. There was no information on the website relating to the size of the estate, or allocate of sq ft for each Lord/Lady, etc....

Fun way to become a Lord or Lady. Still waiting for the original documents. I can't wait to surprise my husband and son with the certificates. This is special to me because when I traced my family tree, I found out that our original ancestors come from Ireland.

This is great gift for young adults. It was delivered without any problems and backed up in an email pdf docs. I was impressed with the certificate and will have it framed to give to my daughter. The folder has additional information about the noble title including background.

I’ve had to cancel 2 trips to Ireland in the past 3 years. This purchase gave me something to hang in my home until I can finally get myself back to the Emerald Isle. Merchant was professional and delivery was within the given time frame. A great gift!
