Refunds and cancellations are not permitted. If OB Watersports determines that weather conditions are unsuitable during your scheduled rental time, you may reschedule for a different date and/or time.

Fuel and gratuity are not included i n the rental price. A mandatory 15% gratuity and fuel fee will be due upon arrival. Fuel charges are as follows: $40 for a 2-hour rental, $60 for a 4-hour rental, and
$80 for an 8-hour rental.

Renters and drivers must be at least 19 years of age and have a valid, hard copy of their license with them at the time of rental.
Anyone going on the boat must be present at check-in for waivers and boating procedures. Each boat can hold 12 passengers Limit 3 per person(s), may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Valid only for option purchased. May be repurchased every 30 days.
