For best results, ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long. Avoid applying lotions or oils to the area on the day of your appointment. Do not wax over active sunburn or broken/irritated skin. Avoid topical retinol/retinoid products on the treatment area for at least 7 days prior to waxing. Do not receive waxing services if you have used Accutane within the last 6 months.
After your appointment:
Keep the waxed area clean and moisturized. Avoid hot baths, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours. Wear loose clothing to prevent irritation. Exfoliate gently a few days after your wax to help prevent ingrown hairs.
