OM Glastonbury offers the Original Hot yoga (Bikram), Yin, Kundalini Yoga and HIIT classes.
The Original Hot yoga (Bikram): is a therapeutic yoga with a variety of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Its always the same 90 minutes therapeautic sequence for relaxation, strength, flexibility. 105 degree heated room with 40% humidity.
The HIIT: is a 60 minute high intensity, full body strengthening workout class with music.
The YIN yoga: is a form of Hatha yoga, slow-paced yoga style that are held the asanas for longer periods of time. It is 90 minute class, designed to stretch and release connective tissue in the areas of hips, shoulders and spine.
