we are a 6000 soft gym . upstairs and downstairs . we have martial arts downstairs and fitness center up. cold plunge and sauna also. we consist of free weights with cardio equipment machines . we do 30-45 sessions , geared for those in a hurry . 

we also do personal training 1 on 1 or group sessions with a coach on the floor . in the group sessions, each individual has their own workout geared towards the fitness journey they created
