What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
One of our most popular Breakfast items is the Morning Mix which includes Gritz, Home Friez, Eggz, Toast and Choice of Meat. One of our most popular items for lunch is our Whiting Fish sandwich . It is considered by far the best fish in the DC metro area.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired to start my business because of never being satisfied when I went out to eat. Going out to eat should be a great experience.We pride ourselves on making sure we create the perfect meal for consumers to enjoy. We carefully blend spices together that will have you looking for more.
What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting with the customers and getting to know them personally. It is our goal to always remember what our guest had whether they dined with us 3 times or 300 times. It is our duty to be public servants even is the food service/hospitality industry.
