~ An introductory meeting (in person or virtual) with the real estate brokerage, explaining the steps of the buying or selling process. Buyer and/or seller agreements will be discussed at this time, and signed once all parties are comfortable with the terms.

If buying, this agent will look for properties that meet your needs, and set up times for you both to meet to view them. The agent will conduct virtual showings on your behalf if you prefer. Once the perfect property is found, the agent will guide you through how to submit an offer, and will continue submitting offers for you until the offer on the property of your choice is accepted. Upon offer acceptance, your agent will guide you through how to choose a home inspector, be in constant communication with your lender, and assist you in further negotiations if needed. The agent will work closely with the attorney of your choosing to make sure all necessary paperwork is ready for the closing. Right before you close, the agent will schedule another visit to your chosen purchase to perform a final walk-through and make sure you are satisfied with the current condition. Then you are offer to close on your perfect property! Your rebate will be given to you in the form of a check directly after your closing. Congrats!!!
If selling, your agent will assess your property and provide you a comparable market analysis to properly price your home. The agent will give you advice on staging and decor, and assist you in scheduling any contractors to improve the home prior to listing. Once everyone is in agreement on the listing date, the agent will give you property disclosures to honestly fill out to share with buyers. An order will be placed for a sale sign to be set in front of your property (only if you so choose). The agent will work with you to create a marketing plan, which will include upcoming open houses (if you wish), social media advertising, and clear goals of the selling objective. The property will be listed in MLS, which in turn will be shared across all real estate platforms. Once offers are placed on your property, your agent will present them all to you and guide you on choosing the best offer. Once the property is under contract, your agent will help you negotiate any home inspection requests and other issues up until closing. After closing your rebate will be presented to you as a check.
