After viewing your Groupon voucher, digital passes will be automatically sent to your phone via text within 24 hours or less.  Please note that text vouchers are only valid for 7 days, but if not used in that time, hard copy passes with no expiration date will be mailed automatically via US mail. Your voucher will be marked “redeemed” after passes have been sent. This DOES NOT mean your passes have been used!

• Valid only for open-play sessions

• Hard copy passes do not have expiration dates.

HOW TO REDEEM You'll be asked to provide your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number at checkout to receive passes.

* After purchase, simply view your Groupon voucher.  You will see a Redemption code. * Nothing to do next. Digital E passes will be texted directly to your phone within 24 hours or less.  Please note that a few participating parks either do not accept digital passes or do not accept them on the day of issuance. * E passes are only valid if looking to play within 7 days. Passes do not have to be used all at one time. All players must sign waiver for the park they attend. May buy multiple. Hard copy passes are mailed using the Post Office. Groupon Vouchers are not redeemable at field locations. Must redeem through paintballpromos.com. If passes are needed sooner than 7 days (or with any other questions), choose an E-Pass or please call (855) 255- 6200 to explore alternative arrangements. Parental waiver req. if under 18. Valid for open play sessions; not valid for private parties/events. Outside paint not permitted. Passes don't include paint/air, min. req.(typically 500 paintballs purchase per person).
