Digital passes will be automatically sent to your phone via text within 24 hours or less.  Please note that text vouchers are only valid for 7 days, but if not used in that time, hard copy passes with no expiration date will be mailed automatically via US mail. Your voucher will be marked “redeemed” after passes have been sent. This DOES NOT mean your passes have been used!

• Valid only for open-play sessions

• Open play is typically Saturdays and Sundays. Check the actual park website for exact hours.

HOW TO REDEEM

• You'll be asked to provide your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number at checkout to receive passes.
  
• Nothing to do next. Digital E passes will be texted directly to your phone within 24 hours or less.  Please note that a few participating parks either do not accept digital passes or do not accept them on the day of issuance.
  
• E passes are only valid if looking to play within 7 days. (Some restrictions apply)
  
• If E passes are not used within 7 days, hard copy passes, with no expiration date, will be automatically mailed via US Mail.
  
• Please allow up to 5 business days to receive mailed passes
  
• Your Groupon voucher will be marked “redeemed” or “used” upon redemption. It does not mean your passes have been used

Passes do not have to be used all at one time. All players must sign a waiver for the park they attend. May buy multiple. Hard copy passes are mailed using the Post Office. Groupon Vouchers are not redeemable at field locations. Must redeem through paintballpromos.com. If passes are needed sooner than 7 days (or with any other questions), choose an E-Pass or please call (855) 255- 6200 to explore alternative arrangements. Parental waiver required. If under 18. Valid for open play sessions; not valid for private parties/events. Outside paint is not permitted. Passes don't include paint/air, min. req. (typically 500 paintballs purchase per person). Passes don't have to be used by the same customer or at the same park. Valid only for the option purchased. Not valid with other offers or promotions. Must be 10 or older, unless otherwise noted for a particular park.
