Pamo Valley Winery is a small family-owned winery led by winemaker Jennifer Lane, proudly recognized as the first woman-owned winery in San Diego County. Located in the heart of historic Old Town Ramona, our tasting room and wine bar offers handcrafted, limited-production wines available by tasting, glass, bottle, or case. Founded in 2000, Pamo Valley Winery has built a reputation for producing award-winning wines using locally sourced grapes from Ramona and surrounding vineyards throughout San Diego, CA. Our handcrafted wines have included Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tannat, Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Sangiovese, Carignan, Grenache, Primitivo, Tempranillo, Barbera, Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, and unique blends. Because our wines are small production and handcrafted, selections often change quickly — when guests find a favorite, they know to grab a bottle before it’s gone. What truly sets Pamo Valley Winery apart is our location and atmosphere. We are the only wine tasting room located directly on Main Street in downtown Ramona and the only tasting room in Ramona open seven days a week beginning at 2 PM on weekdays and 12 PM on weekends. Our central location allows guests to easily explore Ramona’s charming downtown filled with local shops, restaurants, murals, music, and small-town hospitality. Pamo Valley Winery is known as a welcoming community gathering place where locals and visitors alike come to relax, connect, and celebrate. Guests can enjoy live music by talented local musicians multiple nights a week on our spacious back patio, sip wine while people-watching from our front patio, or unwind inside our cozy modern farmhouse-style tasting room. We proudly offer food service from beloved local favorites Ramona Cafe, Mamma Ramona’s Pizzeria and Rachel’s Urban Cafe, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals alongside their wine experience. We are also a kid- and dog-friendly wine tasting room, making Pamo Valley Winery a comfortable and inviting destination for everyone. Hospitality is at the center of everything we do. Whether guests are celebrating a birthday, enjoying a date night, gathering with friends, or simply stopping by for a glass of wine, our goal is to create unforgettable moments and lasting memories.
