A great “mini kingspa”, very solid stream room. But save your money on the massage - only 1 masseuse is good, 2 others are horrible. Definitely a waste of $60 plus a forced tip of $20. Management made no effort to remedy.

I'm a senior manager in the field of hospitality for over a decade, and what i don't quite understand is the receptionist is demanding atleast 20$ each for tip for the massage, tipping is about Percentage and not a certain amount, for a foot massage for two, we where robbed of 40$ just for tip. There should always be a disclosure in pricing and percentage of tip. Wouldn't recommend.

It was great. The staff was friendly & the place was clean. We loved everything except the surprise “expected tip” at the end, which they decided would be $20 for each masseuse. (I thought a tip was based on a consumers perception of service?) Anyway, it was nice, but pricey. I took off 2 stars for that and the fact that the masseuses used their native language in the room with us. Kinda rude.
