First time doing Acupuncture, and I was really stressed for months and anxious and after my session I felt absolutely calm and relaxed. She was really gentle and took her time to explain everything. Great experience totally recommend for first timers. Will be going there once a week

I love how affordable this place is but the quality is not up to my expectations. I understand that there are many customers so the acupuncturist do not have time to pamper me. However my acupuncturist did not even use alcohol wipe on the areas that will be poke. No sanitation and no time to relax. She just start poking me instantly and quickly. It hurts coming from a 5 yr acupuncture veteran.

It seemed to me she was needling me in the same spots everyone else was? May have been just my perception. Hoping it works.

clean white clouds separating each socially distanced lounger. the white noise of fans, ocean sounds and healing background music promise to relax one into gentle rest. there was no pressure to get up and move on. the treatment was professional and restorative.

About Phoenix Community Acupuncture

In addition to studying acupuncture and oriental medicine at two American schools, Phoenix Community Acupuncture’s Mayo Mercedes Wardle traveled to China, where she attended the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. Wardle is a licensed and certified acupuncturist and a member of the People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture, a co-op that provides affordable treatment.

In keeping with the co-op’s philosophy, Wardle opened Phoenix Community Acupuncture, where she treats patients in a shared space. This traditional style of practice ensures patients can get as many acupuncture sessions as they need to improve their health or fulfill their dream of resembling a hedgehog. While she works, Wardle uses gentle Chinese and Japanese acupuncture techniques to treat pain, emotional distress, and fertility issues.
