I'm really happy with this gym. The staff is friendly and welcoming as are the members. Today was my first visit. I tried the HIIT class which was great - Erika kept us on track with time and it was impressive that she made sure everyone was using proper form. I look forward to trying out more classes.

Went to and introduce myself look around. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Offers services like nutrition training. Good place to work up a sweat.

My first class was very welcoming. I did the HITT Fit class. They go over the exercises and make sure everyone is doing the workout correctly. This class seems to be the basic class. You learn the movements and work up the strength to try out the PITT class. I would recommend it to anyone looking at joining a gym with classes. The trainer pays attention to everyone and motivates very well

I’ve tried both HiitFit and PitFit classes and they were great. Trainers are knowledgeable and welcoming and you can tell there is a great sense of community there. Highly recommend!
