• First appointment must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.
• Clients must be 14 years or older to receive laser hair removal treatment.
• Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the first appointment and must submit a guardian-signed waiver.
• All clients are required to complete a consultation (if applicable) and digital consent forms prior to treatment.
• Package Terms & Restrictions
• Limit one Groupon voucher per person per calendar year. Vouchers are valid for new clients only and may not be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• Additional vouchers will not be honored, including gifted vouchers if the recipient has previously redeemed one.
• You may purchase up to 3 additional vouchers as gifts, but each recipient may only redeem 1 Groupon voucher total.
• Treatment areas cannot be changed or substituted once selected.
• All selected treatment areas must be treated together during each session.
• Sessions may not be transferred to another individual.
• minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to forfeiture or a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking guidelines.
• Treatment packages expire 12 months from the date of activation (first session).
• Refunds may only be requested before any treatment has been performed.
• Refunds are processed directly by Groupon.
• A consultation is required. If a client is determined not to be a candidate, a refund may be issued.
