What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer am/pm classes 7 days a week. Our 12 Certified Instructors teach a wide variety of fun & challenging classes. From Pole Fitness, to Ballet Barre, Acro Yoga, Strength & Cond., Stretch and Core classes. We have it all. Want a little Rock n' Flow or HOT in Heels we have these fun classes too.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We work hard at it! 1) Our classes result in weight loss, body toning, strengthening, flexibility and a self empowerment that no other workout offers. 2) Our curriculum progresses which keeps it fresh and fun. 3) We offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone is welcome.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had gone through a near death illness. I desperately needed a physical & emotional uplift to assist in my recovery and discovered pole fitness. The self confidence, strength, friendships, & rebuilt "mojo" I got from this type of workout was astonishing. I wanted to share this with other women.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching the transformation of women of all ages, & sizes... achieve success, learn new things, re-discover their sensuality and absolutely look forward to coming to my studio. The smiles and amazing stories they tell me of what pole fitness has done for them makes my job the best ever!
