Looking to shake up your workout routine? This studio isn't just about spinning around poles; it's about discovering new ways to move while having fun. Whether it's belly dancing or strength training, there's something here for everyone. Classes cater to all levels so everyone can join in without feeling out of place
What We Offer:
- 5,10, or 20 Class Pass Experience
- These passes will work with all our regularly scheduled classes. (They are not valid for workshops or members-only events.)
- Our studio goes from Intro to Pole all the way up to Level 5 and offers non-pole classes such as chair dance, ballet, and acro.
- If it is your first time taking a pole dance class, you will need to start in the Intro to Pole class.
- For safety, your instructor will test you out of each level to make sure your muscles are ready to move up.

What to Wear:
- Students new to pole fitness should wear regular workout clothes. Shorts are recommended, but you may wear any workout clothing you feel comfortable in.
- Higher level students will need more leg and arm skin exposed to improve grip on the pole.
- Classes are typically done barefoot unless the class indicates that heels are required.
- No jewelry or lotion is allowed.
Class Information:
- Each class will start with a warm-up to prepare your muscles for what is in the curriculum that day.
- Our 1-hour-long Intro to Pole class will teach you a fun routine.
- The level classes have required moves and combos that the instructors will teach you with a full breakdown, demos, and feedback, so that you feel confident by the end of each class.
- The Level 1 to Level 5 classes will work on conditioning and training each move on both your dominant and non-dominant sides. These classes' main focus is more on the fitness aspect of pole fitness. The plus-level classes are choreography classes that will focus more on the dance-oriented side of pole dance.
- You are able to learn at your own pace, and your instructor will encourage you and teach you additional exercises to help with your goals.
- Non-pole classes such as Acro, Bodacious Buns, Strength and Conditioning, and Stretch are all designed to help improve your muscles. These classes go perfectly with the pole classes and help you to advance in each level.
- We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time for check-in. There will be no admittance once the class has started. This is for your safety, as missing any part of the warm-up could cause injury.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we give you up to a 4-hour leeway. If you cancel less than 4 hours before the start of your class or are a “no show,” you will forfeit your pass. We offer no refunds.
Additional Pass Info:
- Limit of one pass per individual; additional passes may be purchased as gifts.
- Each pass is intended for use by a single individual and cannot be divided among multiple personnel.
- You have 90 days to redeem your purchase by calling/texting (704) 895-7606 or emailing us at info@polefitcarolinas.com.
- Once you are set up in our system, you have 60 days to use the 5-class pass, 4 months to use the 10-class pass, and 9 months to use the 20-class pass.
- These deals are for new clients and are not valid if you have been to our studio within the last 6 months.
- If your purchase expires before you have had the chance to redeem it, we will honor what you paid Groupon with proof of purchase and apply it to a package or service of equal or lesser value.

Now Judy and her team of 12 Certified Instructors helps fortify cores and self-confidence in women of all ages through a plethora of pole-dancing, stretching, strengthening, toning and cardio dance courses within the 3,250-square-foot facility. When patrons aren't imitating a climbing mime on the studio’s 12 14-foot poles, they can relax in the lounge area.
