We are now offering courses. This course is conducted by Pop Gourmet, where the chef Ana Marques and chef Armando Costa teaches a lot about the preparation of Gourmet Ice Cream Bars. It is a totally practical course. There are 8 hours of basic level course where you will be able to choose to learn two of the techniques of craft ice cream bars: Creamy, Stuffed, Fruity and Vegan line.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The passion for Ice Cream was always the number one reason we started the business that it runs since 2013 outside the US, and 1 year in the US. But we started searching for a more fancy and gourmet option. Then we came up with the idea of doing ice cream on a bar with filings inside. People are loving our product so much they are asking us for classes, they want to do it at home, birthday parties and even weddings!! So now we are looking for more people to have this amazing experience and impress all your friends and family

What do you love most about your job?

Customers loving our product is always the best thing about doing what we do. We run this business to pleasure the customers and nothing else. Waking up with new flavors idea knowing that our clients will love it is the best way to start the day, go the manufacture and spend the day creating formulas.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we got so far was when this client brought his own coolers and bought 260 ice cream bars for his daugther wedding to put on drinks. He was a old client of us and we were surprised to see he loves our product so much he was putting it at the most special night of his daugther. And the best part: Everybody at the wedding cerimony loved it!!
