Interior and Exterior Premium Pest-Control Treatment for One Property Up to 4000 Square Feet

• Included is a thorough inspection, which is very important so we can make a plan to treat the targeted pests. Interior treatments include baseboards, under sinks, around appliances, all window/door tracks, and any hot spots that may need to be serviced. The exterior treatments include granule application, power spraying and/or dusting foundation perimeter, block wall bases, columns, and hot spots that may need to be serviced.

Interior and Exterior Scorpion Seal Package

• Scorpion Seal includes a thorough inspection of entry points and breeding areas. We then treat the interior and exterior with an assortment of pesticides and procedures to stop the infestation in its tracks. This seal treatment will also include filling or caulking of entryways that scorpions love to use.

Full Exterior Mosquito Misting and Larvicide Treatment

• Included is a full property inspection up to 20 ft. high on all leaves and harborage sites. Exterior treatments to eliminate breeding sites using misting. If breeding sites cannot be eliminated, then each will be treated with environmentally friendly larvicide. Larger lots will be charged more at the time of service. Fruit and nut trees along with vegetable gardens cannot be treated and may void any guarantees. Untreated pools, lakes, or ponds, will void any guarantees.

Termite Inspection

• We come to your residence and inspect for termites. If termites are found, we will give you a quote for the treatment. If the treatment is approved, we will put the inspection fee towards the treatment.
