A skilled instructor guides beginners and advanced yogis through in-person classes to help achieve one’s personal goals
At Prema Yoga, instructor Christine LaMonica and the staff lead daily yoga classes in the vinyasa flow style. In addition to years of experience practicing yoga, Christine is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and holds an M.S. in kinesiology. As she and the other instructors teach students, they emphasize intelligent and alignment-based practice, focusing on correct routine and preventing injury.
