About Prema Yoga
At Prema Yoga, instructor Christine LaMonica and the staff lead daily yoga classes in the vinyasa flow style. In addition to years of experience practicing yoga, Christine is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and holds an M.S. in kinesiology.
