Ordered and never received. Lost in shipping, however they won’t refund or send a new one and when I contacted company about it they are extremely slow to answer. Spend your money elsewhere that has better customer service

It has been over a month and a half and I still haven’t received my order.
While placing your order you have the option to select if you want to approve the image before printing - I was never asked for approval. I don’t know if the image will look wonky because of the puzzle dimensions - that is assuming I will even get it!
Merchant has not responded to my emails.

Wasted $100 on them. Their customer service did try to work with me, which is the only reason they are getting two stars. But overall, I spent $100 and got some business cards I wasn't happy with that they didn't even address, some stickers that were ok but scratched off within a day of wear and tear, and a banner that was completely unusable.

Once I got the groupon their site has been in maintenance mode for last two days. I had to print urgent business cards now i am stuck and had to pay double some place else to place my order. Very disappointed.
