My Tech was Aaron (?) and he was fantastic. Was on time, very professional and pleasant. I had some question and a dryer issue that did not pertain to my dryer but he checked it for me to determine. Would highly recommend.

David was wonderful, very courteous and professional. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and wore booties on top of his shoes to keep the house clean. He did a great job. He’s exactly the type of person you want representing a company. Give this man a raise.

Seemed to do a great job, great information regarding my chimney and the upkeep BUT I never redeemed my voucher because it was already redeemed on February 4th (?). My appointment was on the 7th. Seemed fishy to me. I probably won't be using this company again.
