About Prost!
Prost! combines the flat-screen televisions and late-night hours of a sports bar with the revelry-inducing atmosphere of a German beer hall. Wooden picnic-style tables fill most of the space, providing ample seating for large groups as well as opportunities for smaller parties to mingle with newfound friends over a stein or massive boot filled with one of 24 draft beers. In between toasts of imported German brews, guests can dig forks into traditional veal and pork würste—flavored with everything from curry and ginger to nutmeg and garlic—or grab hold of 20-ounce hot pretzels that Chicago magazine dubbed "Chicago’s (and quite possibly the world’s) most humongous soft pretzel."
