About Pure Barre Lakeway
Beginning in 2001 as a small fitness operation, Pure Barre has since blossomed into a widely acclaimed, widely publicized approach to exercise with a nationwide following. Each 45-50 minute Pure Barre class is broken into four sections (arms, seat, thighs, and abs) and set to customized music that rotates each week. The high-intensity, low-impact routines change frequently, keeping workouts challenging and fun. Pure Barre offers fitness classes that include Barre (Pure Barre Classic), Cardio-centric Barre (Pure Empower) and Resistance Training (Pure Reform). All classes are safe, low-impact and high intensity designed for maximum muscle toning and fat loss. All class types are for any fitness level and can be modified as needed for most any injury, condition or circumstance.
