- Wednesday 7–8 p.m. and Saturday 9:45–11:45 a.m. for yoga sculpt and Fridays 10–11 a.m. and Sundays 12–1 p.m. for beginner
About Pure Salts
The body doesn't exist––in the meditative sense. But since physical being is essential for day-to-day tasks such as working, paying bills, and dealing with struggles of daily life. Pure Salts offers classes and workshops to maintain both the mind and body. During yoga sessions, students of all skill levels learn to use poses and stretching techniques to improve breath control and tone the physique. The studio also holds workshops for people that are really into yoga. It's a perfect place for both beginners and masters.
