The guy came and showed before/after pictures of our dirty ducts, so he did a good job for the cleaning part. But he drilled several holes into our basement duct-work to get his hoses in, and never sealed them back up. Also left some tools behind.

Wish I had read the most recent reviews. Scheduling was a nightmare. When I was able to finally get an appointment the guy came out and tried to upsell me the trunk line cleaning. He then proceeded to haphazardly clean the ducts, failing to complete two vents. Don’t waste your money or your time.

The technician was pleasant and not pushy. However, he stated that the ducts couldn’t be cleaned without some line being cleaned which was an extra $290. Wish I had heeded the warnings. The company should just be honest. I won’t use or recommend them again.

Immediately tried to upsell me for $389. Then just used a shop vac in the vents for a couple minutes. Not as described, confused by all the positive reviews.

Groupon rips you off, you pay $80 for $500 service. But purify air duct cleaning charges the full $500 amount. Asked Groupon for my $80 back. They offered $12 in site credit. Filed complaint with BBB. 2 weeks later Dryer vent is not exhausting causing clothes to not dry. "Scent" add on is gone. By attachments for your vacuum on Amazon, watch you tube, save $500. Delete Groupon app
